Molcajete Surf and Turf

Grilled skirt steak, grilled shrimp, Mexican chorizo, grilled chicken breast, Chihuahua cheese, and cilantro. Mixed in a Mexican red sauce, served in a molcajete (volcanic rock), accompanied with Mexican rice, black beans, or refried beans and corn or flour tortillas. (mild sauce available).
